Our eldest has been growing her hair out for the last four years for Locks of Love:

She has a heart of pure gold and a head of hair that would make any model jealous. :)

Wow! What a change for her. That was nice of her to donate all that hair. I love her new hairstyle it is very similar to what I have and my oldest daughter has. Your daughter is beautiful.

Oh, goodness, I remember when that was me! I grew my hair from the time I was 11 till 15--and then it went from lower-hip-length to shoulder length and layered. Such a huge change and a growing up milestone! For the first two years or so, I got constant comments on the shine and volume of my "virgin" hair, but then I got highlights... and started using a straightener... and now it's normal and not so model perfect. :) Your girl is just beautiful!

Awesome! Yes, her hair is to die for!

Imagine, though. My son is doing this! I'ts almost long enough for the Pantine program, which only has to be an 8 in. ponytail.
