As if you really wanted to know...

I was tagged for this meme by Dorothy, and as usual - I'm late getting around to doing it!

So here are the rules of the game:

1. The rules of the game get posted at the beginning. (check!)
2. Each player answers the questions about themselves. (check!)
3. At the end of the post, each player then tags five people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they've been tagged and asking them to read your blog. (consider yourself tagged if you want to play along)

Here's the meme:

What was I doing ten years ago?

I was still adjusting to having moved from Alaska to Texas with a one year old - settling into a house and working for my brother until I could get "a real job" again.

Five things on my "to do" list today:
1. Finish my Sis-in-law's taxes for 2007 (already did 2005 and 2006 - don't ask)
2. Have a discussion with my mother about her nonexistent Last Will and Testament.
3. Clean out my fridge because my new (my mom's old one, but new to me) fridge is coming today.
4. Clean the bedroom (ditto)
5. Prepare the house for tomorrow (Sunday) - straighten up, dishes, vacuum, etc.

Snacks I enjoy:
Apples with sharp cheddar, popcorn, cottage cheese

Things I would do if I were a billionaire:
Pray for direction, tithe, give to my church and find some other churches/ministries to support, pay off my debt, invest, start a homeschool college scholarship of some sort.

Three of my bad habits:
Um...I don't have any. Just kidding. Sigh...if I must.
1. Exaggerating (just a little) ahem.
2. Picking at blackheads that are not on my own body. (my husband has an intense dislike for this one)
3. Forgetting to replace the toilet paper on the roll. (I STILL do that after 38 years!)

Five places I've lived:
1. Purmela, Texas
2. Evant, Texas
3. Gatesville, Texas
4. Homer, Alaska
5. Anchorage, Alaska

Five jobs I've had:
1. Fish processor on slime line
2. Live in nanny
3. Children's clothing buyer (for Nordstrom!)
4. Training & Development Consultant
5. Stay at home mom (the most demanding with least pay, but definitely the MOST rewarding!)

What fun for you, getting all kinds of new stuff! How do you plan to go about the whole will formation with mom? We don't have an official one and keep thinking we need to do that. :(

That's quite the hefty to do list! I like this meme. Maybe I'll do it too.

Thanks for playing, Karen. It was fun reading your answers. Children's clothing buyer for Nordstrom's! I'm impressed!
